Adult Education Research in Germany: Approaches and Developmentsion, the participants and the conditions under which adult education should ideally be provided and taught. As a result of the scientific expansion in the 1970s, a pluralistic and diverse research landscape has emerged using a wide variety of methodological approaches and theoretical frameworks, resulting in a fragmented field.

Adult Education Research from Rhizome to Field? A Bibliometrical Analysis of Conference Programs of and 2016. A bibliometrical program analysis of conference papers will be done. Results support previous findings in the analysis of adult education research, but a number of differences or blind spots of ESREA and adult education research in general will become visible as well.
