Euijune Kim,Younghyun John Kwon . had not been determined From 1983 until 1993 K.T. Arasu and others filled in all but 8 entries. In 1994 entry 148 was filled in by Hams, Liebler and Smith (.). In this paper we fill in the last seven entries by demonstrating nonexistence. We point out several applications to nonabelian difference sets.

Book 1999Ad- vanced Study Institute on "Difference sets, sequences and their correlation properties". This workshop took place in Bad Windsheim (Germany) in August 1998. Book 1999 years. This result is related to the discovery of large sets of quad- riphase sequences over Z4 whose correlation properties are better than those of the best binary sequences. Moreover, the correlation properties of sequences are closely related to difference properties of certain sets in (cyclic)

Performance Indicators and Benchmarking,Hadamard and Chen families. We survey recent work which uses recursive techniques to unify these difference set families, placing particular emphasis on examples. This unified approach has also proved useful for studying semi-regular relative difference sets and for constructing new symmetric design
