A new quantum relativistic oscillator and the hadron mass spectrum,mensional harmonic oscillator are recovered in the non-relativistic limit. This QRO gives a classification of hadrons that leads to the linear Regge trajectories; moreover, the Regge slopes are SU(3) invariant.
