Cultural Humility: An Approach to Mitigate the Challenges of Teaching About Race and Racism,al competency, cultural humility improves cross-cultural communication and professional relationships. These two concepts will be further explored and contrasted. By adopting a cultural humility approach to discussions about race and racism, medical educators are better able to model race-conscious behavior for their students.
