Predictors of the Teaching Readiness of Future Secondary Mathematics Teachers: A Comparison of Singaess across the three countries. Course consistency in a university and the continuity between university instruction and practicum instruction also positively predict teaching readiness in Taiwan and the United States, respectively.

Similarities and Differences in Programs for Prospective Secondary Mathematics Teachersutions in Singapore, Taiwan, and the United States, respectively. The authors of all three chapters stress the exploratory nature of their work and the difficulty of drawing strong implications for policy and practice from their findings.
