Experimental Protocol for Culture and Differentiation of Osteoblasts on 3D Abode Using Nanofiber Sclls in an environment which exactly mimics the native tissue. Herein, we report the standard protocols to carry out the cell culture of human osteoblast on nanofiber scaffolds.
