Urinary fistula as a complication of renal transplantation,e, 130 were kidney-panceas transplantations. The urinary fistula, as a complication of the transplantation, appeared on 23 patients (2.9 %) : 20 fistulas were located at the uretero-vesical anastomosis, 2 at the bladder and 1 at the pelvis.
