Effect of Harvest and Storage on Forage Quality,anging climatic conditions. Seasonal variations have resulted in the periods of surplus and shortage in availability of feed. In both cases, preservation and conservation of forages play crucial role in bridging the animal feed shortages. During the feed scarcity period, preserved forages could meet feed and nutritional requirements of livestock.
