NMR Parameters for Studying Structure and Motione discussed in this lecture; however it depends principally upon the type of nulcei employed. The intensity is proportional to the concentration of the respective nuclear spins. Various factors contribute to the shape of the NMR spectrum and these will be the main topic of the present lecture.
