Layer-by-Layer Assembled Nanoparticles for siRNA Delivery,e the manufacturing of poly(lactic-.-glycolic acid) NPs coated with siRNA for gene silencing. Positively charged polyethyleneimine and negatively charged nucleic acids form the polyelectrolyte shell.
