Need for a Steady Foundation,ate social responsibility. However, greed is a human trait and self-interest has been a dominant paradigm in the corporate world since long. We argue that this paradigm is unsustainable and offer an alternative perspective—a dharmic perspective—that is rooted in the Hindu philosophy and focuses attention on the importance of sustainability.
