Give Performance Feedback Routinely, cases, the individual talents and the jobs they perform are not aligned. Sometimes this lack of alignment can be overcome with hard work and motivation. Unfortunately, sometimes the gap can’t be overcome. These are the times when you have to deal with the individual as a performance problem.
