Hanging Ten: A Ride Through the Rendering Pipeline,the traditional 3D rendering pipeline. I specify “traditional” because there are currently two possible rendering pipelines: the traditional fixed-function pipeline and the vertex and pixel shader pipeline. ,Game Audio: Let’s Make Some Noise,sion occurs or a motor is running. Without these aural cues, something is missing and everything feels less real. Microsoft included the DirectSound and AudioVideo namespaces within DirectX to address this part of the game experience.
