Observer and Controller Design for State-Delay Takagi-Sugeno Fuzzy Systems Subjected to Unknown Timelays. Then, along with the fuzzy observer, a fuzzy controller is designed to ensure the stability of the overall system by Lyapunov-based analysis. Finally, the effectiveness and correctness of the obtained results are verified by simulation example.

Spectrum Sharing Scheme for Multi-UAVs Relay Network Based on Matching Theoryne matching method to get a one-to-one stable matching between the UAVs and the CUs. The simulation results show that the proposed scheme is obviously superior to the random matching scheme and can improve the throughput of the system. Meanwhile, the UAV can achieve higher utility as the number of the CUs increases.

Energy Minimization for Rotary-Wing UAV Enabled WPCN. Because of the nonconvexity of the problem, we propose an algorithm to obtain a locally optimal solution based on the successive convex approximation (SCA) technique for the proposed path discretization design. Finally, simulation results are provided to validate the effectiveness of our study.
