Lastly, we identify four categories of SME internationalization programs according to training target subjects. Human Resource Development in Global Manufacturing: Agility and Leadershipsignificantly associated with agility. But agility is not statistically significant to change-oriented behavior. More discussion is needed to evaluate authentic leadership, agility, and change-oriented behavior at other levels within the global manufacturing company.
