Mindfulness and Training Attentionaptured in Integrative Body-Mind Training. In this chapter, we first briefly introduce the attentional networks and then discuss the two forms of training. In the latter case, we also discuss the downstream effects of training on improving attention, emotion and stress regulation, and reduction of some forms of psychopathology.

en unterschiedlichen Bereichen menschlichen Seins und dadurch die eigene Mitte als Basis für die individuelle Gesundheit zu finden. Und schon damals erkannte man, dass zur Pflege und Erhaltung der Gesundheit weit mehr geh?rt als ein Achten auf rein k?rperliche Faktoren.
