Bilinear Forms on Grothendieck Groups of Triangulated Categories,en by indecomposable objects has a dual basis given by Auslander–Reiten triangles. An application is given to the homotopy category of perfect complexes over a symmetric algebra, with a consequence analogous to a result of Erdmann and Kerner.

We show that Rouquier’s splendid Rickard complex for blocks with cyclic defect groups descends to the non-split case. Cohomology of Algebraic Groups with Coefficients in Twisted Representations,ains that the existence of certain ‘universal classes’ used to prove cohomological finite generation is equivalent to some recent ‘untwisting theorems’ in the theory of strict polynomial functors.
