Jean-Marie Souriau’s Symplectic Model of Statistical Physics: Seminal Papers on Lie Groups Thermodyn“Lie groups thermodynamics”. Wrapped Statistical Models on Manifolds: Motivations, The Case ,(,), and Generalization to Symmetric by briefly reviewing the different approaches to build densities on a manifold and shows the interest of wrapped distributions.
