KIBS and Knowledge Dynamics in Client-Supplier Interaction,Knowledge-intensive business services (KIBS) apply knowledge to support their clients’ business processes — to provide solutions to problems that the clients are encountering. How they do this can vary considerably, as will the extent to which knowledge is obtained from and transferred to the client.
