Predicting HIV Protease-Cleavable Peptides by Discrete Support Vector Machines,asets. Moreover, the optimal classification rules generated are characterized by a strong generalization capability, as shown by their accuracy in predicting the HIV protease cleavable status of peptides in out-of-sample datasets.
