A Science-Gateway Workload Archive to Study Pilot Jobs, User Activity, Bag of Tasks, Task Sub-steps,wrapped in pilot jobs, improve user identification, give information on distributions of data transfer times, make bag-of-task detection accurate, and retrieve characteristics of workflow executions. Some limits are also identified.

Nahe am Weltraum - Aller Anfang ist schwer,work that allows to design imaging algorithms in a Domain-Specific Language (DSL). We show that this allows to have one common description of an algorithm in the DSL and select the optimal target code variant for different GPU accelerators and target languages like CUDA and OpenCL.
