2D and 2.5D Responses of Long Underground Tunnels to Moving Train Loads: A Comparison Study,approach saves a huge amount of computation time, due to the use of relatively smaller system matrices. Discrete Element Simulation Study of Contact Pressure Distribution Between Sleeper and Ballasts,last layer follows a double-peak pattern. This pressure distribution is compatible with the results of an experimental research in railway sleeper.
