The Political Economy of Neo-modernisationght as well, favouring integral approaches to restructuring schools that penetrate the classroom. New routes are envisioned that bring the educational effectiveness paradigm more in line with the prevailing, constructivistic concept of (independent) learning and (indirect) instruction and with a more economically inspired research tradition.
