Practices of Information Modeling,cussed. At elevated implant temperatures potassium accumulates underneath the a-C layer. This behaviour is explained in terms of the formation process of a K-fulleride. For comparison, results obtained on Ar. implanted fullerene films are presented.

Low-Energy Electron Diffraction and High-Resolution Electron Energy-Loss Spectroscopy of Heteroepitaection geometry. The structural order is confirmed by the clear detection in the specular beam of all four T. dipole-active vibrations of the Ceo molecule and by the small angular width of the elastic peak.

Chemical and Structural Aspects of the Interaction Between C60 and Molecular Oxygen energetics as found for oxygen. The room temperature single crystal structure of C. was determined showing the location of oxygen. A possible involvement of intercalated oxygen acting as blocking agent for the postulated free rotation and the parameters of spontaneous oxygen incorporation into fullerenes will be discussed.
