Numerical computations of explosions in gases,mical factors. In the second part devoted to two-dimensional flows, we consider explosion in the non-homogeneous atmosphere, blast of asymmetric charges, detonation in gas, explosion modelling of some cosmic phenomena ( solar flares, the Tunguska meteorite ). The survey includes about 110 works beginning with the first publications on the subject.

Flow simulation by discrete vortex method,ete vortex method has been done. It is concluded that this numerical simulation method is most usefull to predict global feature of the flow fields and care must be taken not to excessively increase the spacial and time resolution.

A local-relaxation method for solving convection-diffusion equations,method which for varying coefficient equations, and for nonlinear equations, is able to outperform the optimum SOR method. The LR method can easily solve central-difference approximations of convection-diffusion equations, thus eliminating the need for the trade-off in favour of the upwind-type schemes mentioned in the introduction.
