Kinetic Modeling of Enzymatic Reactions in Analyzing Hyperpolarized NMR Data,, underlying enzyme kinetics, and chemical exchange processes. In this chapter, we review these effects and discuss approaches currently used to quantify in vivo data. Quantitation is of particular importance for comparing results across sites and informing on the underlying pathologies.

Innovating Metabolic Biomarkers for Hyperpolarized NMR,here biomarkers derived from imaging the metabolism of hyperpolarized .C-labelled substrates could influence clinical management. The barriers to clinical translation and their potential solutions will also be addressed.
