Design, Deployment and Evaluation of a Social Tool for Developing Effective Working Relationships inoyees and argue that a study of the organizational culture and subsequent application of the findings of this study to the design of the application has contributed to it’s success. We determine success by exposing the application to trial use and evaluating feedback from real users.

Brands Analysis Using Informational Ergonomics Concepts: A Proposalsign methodologies and Gestalt. We contacted design firms specialized in visual identity projects, places where interviews were conducted to collect the brands allowed for analysis. The results point to a frequent demand for the employment of visual usability principles, design methodologies and Gestalt design in visual identities.
