Eco-regional approaches, why, what and howbe implemented. Two current projects are discussed in more detail. On the one hand, a centralized approach is used here. On the other hand, a decentralized, autonomous solution in the local low-voltage network is being investigated. All the projects presented are tested in the context of field tests
