Representing China in Translations of Two Korean News Outlets: A Corpus-based Discourse Analysis App and after the deployment of THAAD. It is argued that these different voices, no matter what attitudes they take towards China, aim to protect the national interests of South Korea and THAAD deployment concerns in light of the national interests of different sides in the complex geopolitical relations of the Asia-Pacific region.
