Debluring Low-Resolution Imagesuations against the state-of-the-art methods show that the proposed algorithm performs favorably in deblurring low-resolution images. Furthermore, we show that the SR results obtained as byproducts in our method are comparable compared to other blind SR methods.

Video Super Resolution Using Non-Local Means with Adaptive Decaying Factor and Searching Window adaptive parameters to address these problems. We generalize key features that affect SR methods’ applicability of implementation on hardware and show NLM is fit for hardware implementation. The experimental results validate the proposed algorithm.

A Dual Adaptive Regularization Method to Remove Mixed Gaussian-Poisson Noisece. Then, a self-adaptive .-Laplace variation function is used as the regularization operator while the regularization parameter is adaptively obtained via a barrier function. Finally, experimental results demonstrate the superiority of the proposed method in suppressing noise and preserving fine details.

Blind Image Deblurring Using Elastic-Net Based Rank Priorlve the proposed model. The proposed method does not require any complex filtering strategies to select salient edges which are critical to the state-of-the-art deblurring algorithms. Quantitative and qualitative experimental evaluations demonstrate that the proposed algorithm performs favorably against the state-of-the-art deblurring methods.

The joint perspective exploits the complementary advantages of external and internal gradient prior knowledge for reconstructing the HR image. Experiment results show that the proposed method outperforms the state-of-the-art method by at most 12.7% of bit-rate savings for compressing photo albums with humans. Comparing with traditional JPEG compression, the proposed method achieves 70% to 85% of bit-rate savings.
