A Case Study Approach to Evaluation of Computer Conferencing and broader insight into the multifaceted phenomenon that occurs when a group of individuals, embarking on a collective task, mediate their communication through a computer conferencing system. A case study approach is proposed that combines selected quantitative and qualitative techniques.
