https://doi.org/10.1007/978-3-663-08936-0re DSM Bypass, ASA Predictor, and DSM Turbo, which improve the control quality as well as standard controllers such as model-based controllers like Smith predictor. The algorithms of all presented DSM were tested and published by the author.

Basics of System Dynamics and Control Theory,ransfer functions of an open loop and closed loop is given, and the transfer functions of setpoint and disturbance behavior are defined. The stability and performance criterion of CLC are discussed. The tuning of controllers is separated in the next chapter.

Management of Disturbance Behavior,avior is called HOLD-mode. The control devices for CLIMB mode were discussed in chapter 8. In this chapter are described the Data Stream Manager (DSM) and controllers for HOLD mode. These devices are DSM Terminator, DSM Plant Guard, LTV (linear time varying) Supervisor and HOLD controller.
