https://doi.org/10.1007/978-94-007-4035-8ddle-class Chinese immigrant families, given the highly-skilled character of recent immigrants. Findings from this study also suggest that educational attainments of children of immigrants may not be limited to formal education, but are also associated with various social and cultural mores embedded in the family.

From Cultural Rehabilitation to Cultural Renaissance: Through the Education of Indigenous Social Scihina to supplement the shortage of university freshmen caused by the rapid decreasing fertility rate of Taiwan in the coming years. On the other hand, the transmission of indigenous social science from Taiwan to mainland China may resolve the ontological anxiety and epistemological confusion prevailing in the Chinese academic community.
