Near-Field Recording and Its Actual Methods,ng that Rho proteins are also involved in different aspects of tumorigenesis. In particular, as key regulators of cell motility, Rho GTPases are implicated in invasion and metastasis of a tumor. In this review we will focus on the involvement of Rho proteins in cell migration and the different steps of tumorigenesis.
