Cell-Translocation Mechanisms of CPPs,rimental data. In earlier CPP studies, the ideas of direct translocation of CPPs prevailed (Derossi et al. .; Pooga et al. .), mainly based on experiments demonstrating an even location in the cells of fluorescently labelled CPPs in the fixated cells.
