Kinetics of CPPs Cellular Uptake,uable information about the mechanisms of these reactions. Such information is certainly more obvious for the well-defined chemical reactions where the number of reaction components as well and the reaction conditions are known.

Cell-Translocation Mechanisms of CPPs,rimental data. In earlier CPP studies, the ideas of direct translocation of CPPs prevailed (Derossi et al. .; Pooga et al. .), mainly based on experiments demonstrating an even location in the cells of fluorescently labelled CPPs in the fixated cells.

Therapeutic Potential of CPPs,s book hopefully is the proof for this statement. However, CPPs are not yet on the list of drugs for a patient therapy today and we can talk about the therapeutic potential of CPPs only. I believe that the CPP based drugs will be available in near future, however, several hurdles should be overcome
