Low Power Memory Cell Design Technique,Fundamental Green’s functions are developed for a class of heterogeneous materials for Helmholtz and Laplace equations. Although limited to specific heterogeneities, the resulting Green’s functions are particularly simple and may be used directly in standard boundary integral equation methods.
