Preparing for the Interviews always seem to be in a frantic rush to get candidates to interviews, and will not allow time for the informal visit or for the consideration of candidates’ questions and concerns prior to the interview. Unless you are desperate yourself, you will be wise to be wary of the desperate, poorly organised, or inconsiderate employer.
