Blended Learning as Means of Support Within the Elderly People Educationined criteria for successful implementation of blended learning in this age group, as they both possessed modern devices and had skills to exploit them successfully for various purposes. There are no limits showing that blended learning could not be applied within this age group.

A Survey on Teachers’ Ability to Apply Electronic Schoolbag into Teachingen grasped early. In addition, the foundation of teaching reforming in school and the duration of E-bag application were the most obvious influence factors for instructional design based on E-bag. Teachers should participate in all kinds of teaching reforming activities to use E-bag more effectively.

Leo Strauss Between Weimar and Americalyzed. After that, the paper analyzes the typical learning environments in cities: school, family, community, workplace, and museum. Based on the analysis, we develop indicators to evaluate learning environments in smart cities, which was used to evaluate the learning environments in the selected 68 cities in China.

,Note on the Plan of Strauss’ ,ct indicator of learning behavior which in turns shows the learning attitudes including active learning and engaged learning. These learning attitudes affect the academic performance in a positive way. It also highlighted the importance of incorporating proper learning activity design when using e-schoolbag.
