Tellingly, neither the university nor the school is seen as being able to defend or protect them, despite the institutional inclusion policies.

Why Does ITE Matter?,ty of the task at hand. It is imperative that ITE institutions implement training and hold seminars that would allow staff and students to challenge stereotypes and help uncover their unconscious biases.
