Positron Emission Tomography (PET) Imaging Biomarkers in Huntington’s Diseases in pwHD have been performed, most of which have claimed subclinical biomarker (e.g. phosphodiesterase 10a, dopaminergic receptors) impairment before the appearance of overt HD symptoms.
