The “organic acids,” however, were difficult to detect by the then-existing methods. Pathogenesis of Brain Dysfunction in Deficiency of Thiamine, Riboflavin, Pantothenic Acid, or Vitamse vitamins are all involved in enzyme systems of the body as coenzymes, and a deficiency therefore results in multiple biochemical disturbances. We have tried to relate these biochemical disturbances, where possible, to the accompanying physical and neurological changes.
