Foundation Domain, Competency 2: Embodies a Coaching Mindsetre coaching tasks, knowledge and attitudes identified in the job analysis process included aspects of reflective practice (e.g., reflection, awareness and self-regulation). This has been identified and emphasized as critical “self-work” that coaches must engage in.
