New Solution for the Packaging and?Delivery the Interactive Services of the Cuban Terrestrial Digitas and in the analysis of the formed TS following the standard. The software called PaqTVC+ is multiplatform, sovereign and requires few resources for its operation so it can be used as a practical tool in Cuban TDT and opens up new possibilities for its development.
