Philippine Experience in Dual Training Systemmoting DTS continues to be a challenge despite government incentives intended to scale it up. To successfully promote DTS, there is a need for stronger advocacies and more enticing incentives that would encourage TVIs, NGOs, and businesses to engage in DTS.
