The presented theory generalizes Davisons finite-dimensional robust control theory to infinite-dimensional systems..Necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence of the robust controller are given, giving the I-part of the controller.

Gao Jixiang,Anna Urasova,Evgeniy Shcheglov sufficient condition is given to insure that the system can only cross this set but cannot belong it more than ponctually. Optimality of the control is discussed, and the proposed approach is shown to be an improvement of Mulholland‘s one.
