Patrick Mikalef,Elena Parmiggianiso demonstrated and our result is compared with the well-known ones. It is also shown that the discrete least squares estimate based on the sampled data of the continuous-time system here considered is in general not consistent.

Algebraic criteria of approximate controllability of retarded systems,unctional differential equations. These conditions generalize earlier results of [16], and are stated in an algebraic form. Similar conditions for F-controllability and observability are described. Proofs of these results are deferred to other papers [12][13].

Musmar: Basic convergence and consistency properties,t with in its early presentation. More specifically, it is shown that, under some conditions, MUSMAR feedback-gain matrix adaptation algorithm is the same as Kleinman‘s iterations for the associated LQ regulation problem. Further, a consistency proof is given for the identification problem of MUSMAR multistep predictive model.

The presented theory generalizes Davisons finite-dimensional robust control theory to infinite-dimensional systems..Necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence of the robust controller are given, giving the I-part of the controller.

Singular perturbation modeling of Markov processes,Finite state continuous time Markov processes with weak interactions are modeled as singularly perturbed systems. Aggregate states are obtained using a grouping algorithm. Two-time scale expansions simplify cost equations and lead to decentralized optimization algorithms.
