Res Jost January 10, 1918 – October 3, 1990hial asthma. The increased airway reactivity has been shown to correlate with the severity of the disease, frequency of symptoms and need for treatment [1]. Indeed, these features have been used to define and form the basis of diagnosis of asthma.
