Ulka Shirole,Manjusha Joshi,Pritish Bagulhird son of John Peter Hornung, an Hungarian immigrant and Harriet (Armstrong) Hornung. He attended Uppingham School, developing a lifelong interest in cricket, but in 1883 he moved to Australia for the milder climate. Traces of his Australian experience appear in many of his writings but he stayed only two years before returning to England.
