描述This volume presents selected papers from the?International Conference on Urban Intelligence and Applications (ICUIA), which took place on May 10-12, 2019 in Wuhan, China. Emotion Recognition Based on EEG Signals Using LIBSVM as the Classifiering and testing, and complete emotion recognition. In this paper, two classifications are carried out on the two dimensions of Valence and Arousal, respectively. The experimental results show that the average emotional recognition rate is 83.64% and 75.11%, respectively, which proves that the proposed scheme has a certain feasibility.

UAS Traffic Management in Low-Altitude Airspace Based on Three Dimensional Digital Aerial Corridor Stude security industry was analyzed. Finally, the future work for air traffic management platforms based on aerial corridor systems was explored correspondingly, which is of positive significance for the further development of low-altitude security industry.
